3. Fabric, Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Certain fabrics may be cut according to the quantity or measurements requested by the customer. Customised, personalised, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products may be subject to specific return restrictions where permitted by applicable Kuwaiti law.

Before placing an order for customised or specially prepared fabric, customers should carefully review the product details, quantity, measurements, colour, and specifications provided at checkout.

Any applicable legal rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. Submitting an order does not prevent us from cancelling or refusing an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or another reason permitted by applicable law.
